CLIENT: VIS/COSV NGOs

Developement of a Participatory Action Plan for Sustainable Tourism around Lakes Shkodra and Pogradec, focusing on waste management, circular economy, and environmental protection. A new Integrated Sustainable Tourism (IST) framework was created to align tourism with local economies. In phase two, a cascade funding program supported local projects, enhancing their economic and environmental sustainability.
